 The Saasthrolsavam event, organized by students of CPNMGHSS Mathamangalam, was a vibrant celebration of science and learning. Jaybees Training College of B.Ed, Kuttoor, actively participated in the event, with teachers and students visiting the exhibition to explore innovative science exhibits.

FIELD TRIP (1st Years)







 

On Friday, 6th October 2023, Jaybees Training College of B.Ed Kuttoor organized a one-day educational field trip for its students. The trip was designed to offer a blend of cultural, scientific, industrial, and recreational experiences. The group explored a variety of locations including the Folklore Academy, Snake Park, and Science Park, where they gained insights into regional culture, wildlife, and scientific innovations. They also visited Dinesh Apparels and the Cannanore Spinning Mill, which provided a firsthand look at the textile industry and its functioning. To enrich their historical knowledge, students explored the Arakkal Museum and the historic Kannur Fort. The trip concluded with a relaxing visit to the scenic Payyambalam Beach, offering a perfect end to a day filled with learning and memorable experiences.

 Social science club inauguration 

               The inauguration of the Social Science Club was held on October 4 at college auditorium. The event began at 1.30 with a warm welcome address by sreelakshmi pp the faculty coordinator of the club. The principal,Dr jothi m p v , officially inaugurated the club by lighting the ceremonial lamp and delivered an inspiring speech emphasizing the importance of social sciences in understanding society and promoting civic responsibility.

GANDHI JAYANTI


 



On October 2nd 2023, Jaybees Training College of B.Ed, Kuttoor, commemorated Gandhi Jayanti by organizing a special program under the theme "Swachhata Hi Seva." The event was a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and his lifelong message of cleanliness and non-violence. The program began with a gathering of students, faculty, and local community members, where the importance of Gandhi's ideals and the relevance of cleanliness in modern society were highlighted. As part of the initiative, the participants took a Swachhata pledge, reaffirming their commitment to maintaining hygiene and contributing to a clean environment. The students actively participated in a cleanliness drive in and around the campus, collecting waste and cleaning public spaces with great enthusiasm and teamwork. The event was marked by strong community involvement and served as a reminder of the power of collective action in nation-building. The program not only honored the legacy of Mahatma Gandhi but also instilled a sense of civic responsibility and environmental awareness among all who took part.
