DHWANI 2024(ARTS DAY)


 





The vibrant spirit of culture and creativity came alive during “Dhwani 2024,” the much-awaited Arts Day celebration at Jaybees Training College of B.Ed, Kutur, held on January 22 and 23. The event provided a joyful platform for students to express their artistic talents. Over two days, the college transformed into a colourful hub of activity, with students enthusiastically participating in various performances and cultural displays. The stage came alive with captivating performances including dances, songs, and skits that reflected both classical heritage and modern creativity. The entire atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm, unity, and festive cheer as students came together, not just to perform but to celebrate their shared identity as learners and artists. Dhwani 2024 was more than an event—it was a celebration of togetherness, expression, and unforgettable memories that will resonate in the hearts of everyone who participated.

COLLEGE UNION INAUGURATION 2024

 










The College Union Inauguration of Jaybees Training College, Kuttur, was held on January 22, 2024, under the title Dhwani 2024. The event, which also marked the Fine Arts Day celebration, was organized by the College Union “Malhar”. The program began with a warm welcome address by Union Chairman, Dilraj Prathap Chand P V, followed by the presidential address delivered by the Principal, Dr. Jothi M P V. The highlight of the event was the official inauguration and lamp lighting ceremony performed by the chief guest, Sri Manoj K U, a well-known cine artist. His presence brought excitement and glamour to the occasion, making the event even more memorable.

The function was further graced by the Guest of Honour, Sri K. P. Jayapalan, Chairman of the college, whose presence added prestige to the ceremony. Felicitations were offered by Dr. M V Vijayakumar, Assistant Professor in Mathematics, and Mr. Adwaith Narayan, University Union Councillor. The vote of thanks was proposed by the Fine Arts Secretary, Ms. Priyatha Vijayagopal, who expressed gratitude to all dignitaries, staff, and students for their support and participation.

The College Union members for the academic year 2023–2024 included Chairman Dilraj Prathap Chand P V, Vice Chairperson Drishya Dinesh, General Secretary Praveena N, Joint Secretary Amrutha P, UUC Adwaith Narayan, Fine Arts Secretary Priyatha Vijayagopal, Student Editor Anchali Pradeep, and Sports Captain Mohitha E. M. The entire event was a grand success, reflecting the talent, unity, and spirit of the student body, and setting a vibrant tone for the rest of the academic year.
