Field Trip (Coorg)

 

The first-year students of Jaybees Training College of B.Ed., Kuttoor, had a memorable field trip to Coorg on September 27, 2024. The journey was a perfect blend of learning and exploration, offering students an opportunity to experience the natural beauty and cultural richness of the region.

The group also explored the lush green landscapes of Coorg, enjoying the misty hills and refreshing climate. The trip provided a great opportunity for students to bond with their peers while gaining insights into the history and cultural significance of the region.

Overall, the field trip was a refreshing and educational experience, offering students a much-needed break from academics while enhancing their understanding of nature and heritage. The memories made during this journey will surely stay with them for a long time.

Jaybees onam celebration

Date: September 12, 2024 (Thursday)

Jaybees Training College of B.Ed, Kuttoor, is set to celebrate Onam with great enthusiasm on September 12, 2024. The event will feature traditional Kerala festivities, including Pookalam (floral rangoli), Thiruvathira dance, Onam Sadhya (feast), cultural performances, and fun games that reflect the spirit of Onam.

Students and faculty will participate in various activities, showcasing Kerala’s rich heritage and unity. The event aims to foster team spirit, cultural appreciation, and joy among the B.Ed. students and staff. The celebrations will create a vibrant atmosphere, bringing together the essence of Onam through traditional and entertaining programs.

PHYSICAL SCIENCE CLUB INAUGURATION

 The inauguration of the Physical Science Club was held on September 10th with great enthusiasm. The club was named "Physica Innovators". The official logo was unveiled by Jothi Miss during the ceremony. Following that, the club calendar titled "Astralis" was released, outlining the planned activities for the year.

After the formal session, several fun and engaging competitions were conducted, including Riddles, Finding Science Words, and Treasure Hunt. Each department actively participated and emerged victorious in various events.

These activities helped enhance scientific thinking among students and promoted teamwork and collaboration.
