Jaybess Training College of B.Ed, observed International Anti-Drug Day on June 26, 2025, with a vibrant and meaningful event. The program, aimed to raise awareness about drug abuse and highlight the importance of prevention, treatment, and recovery for all. The event began with a warm welcome speech by Anju Abraham, followed by the presidential address delivered by the college principal, Dr. Jothi M.PV. The official inauguration was carried out by T.R. Ramachandran, the President of the Eramam Kuttoor Grama Panchayat, emphasizing the community’s role in tackling drug-related issues. Ayana P.V. expressed gratitude through a heartfelt vote of thanks. A major highlight of the event was an energetic flashmob performed by the students, symbolizing a collective stand against drug abuse.

Jaybees Training College celebrated International Yoga Day on June 23 with great enthusiasm. Students and teachers actively participated in the celebration by performing various yoga asanas from their homes. As part of the activity, they shared photos showcasing different yoga postures, reflecting their commitment to health and wellness. The event successfully promoted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for physical and mental well-being.

                      PRIZE DISTRIBUTION 

       

On June 12th, Jaybees Training College organized a vibrant prize distribution ceremony to honor the winners of the Environmental Day Competitions held on June 5th. As part of the celebration of World Environmental Day there are two creative events conducted, Natural Art Collage Making and Poem Writing Competition – to inspire awareness and artistic expression related to environmental conservation.

The prize distribution event was held in the college auditorium and began with a warm welcome address, followed by a brief speech highlighting the significance of World Environment Day and the importance of student participation in sustainability efforts.

Winners from both events were awarded certificates and prizes, appreciating their creativity, originality, and commitment to the theme. The gathering was filled with enthusiasm and encouragement, motivating all students to take an active role in preserving nature.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks, recognizing the efforts of the organizers, judges, and participants who made the program a great success.

WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL DAY CELEBRATION

 

Jaybees Training College of BEd organizing a World Environmental Day Celebration with the theme for 2025 being "Beat Plastic Pollution." The program aims to raise awareness about the harmful effects of plastic on our environment and to promote sustainable practices among students and the community. As part of the celebration, various engaging activities are being conducted, including a tree planting program, a natural art collage making competition, and a poem writing competition. These events are designed to inspire creativity, environmental responsibility, and active participation in the global movement towards a cleaner, greener planet.
