PREDICTION CONTEST


 

 Jaybees Training College of B.Ed, Kuttoor, organized an exciting FIFA World Cup 2022 Prediction Contest on December 3, 2022.
Muhammad Labeeb K from the Social Science department emerged as the winner of the contest. He was felicitated in the presence of faculty members during a small award ceremony at the college. The event not only celebrated the spirit of the World Cup but also encouraged student engagement through a fun and interactive activity.

FOOTBALL SHOOTOUT ⚽





The football shootout competition held at Jaybees Training College of B.Ed., Kuttoor on 22nd November 2022 at 2:00 PM turned out to be a vibrant and energetic event. Conducted on the college ground, the shootout saw enthusiastic participation from both students and teachers, creating a lively and inclusive atmosphere. Participants from various departments competed with great spirit and sportsmanship. In the women’s category, Vismaya from the Mathematics Department emerged as the winner, showcasing impressive skill and focus. In the men’s category, Sidharth Narayanan from the Physical Science Department claimed victory with a commendable performance. The event was a celebration of camaraderie, talent, and healthy competition, leaving everyone with cheerful memories.

ലഹരി വിമുക്ത കേരളം, ലഹരി വിമുക്ത ക്യാമ്പസ്




An anti-drug awareness program was conducted at Jaybees Training College of B.Ed, Krishna Giri Campus, Kuttoor, on November 1st, Lahari Vimuktha Kerala and Lahari Vimuktha Campus. The program aimed to educate student teachers on the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of creating a drug-free society. The program served as an eye-opener for many and reinforced the role of educators in guiding the younger generation away from harmful substances and towards a healthy, responsible lifestyle.

The Freshers’ Day celebration titled "Arambikalam" was held on 22nd September 2022 at Jaybees Training College of B.Ed., Kuttoor, to warmly welcome the new batch of students into the college community. The event began with an inaugural address by Dr. M.V. Vijayakumar, Principal of the college, who emphasized the importance of beginning a meaningful journey in the field of teacher education. ONAM CELEBRATION 2022

 






Jaybees Training College of B.Ed, Kuttoor, celebrated Onam on 3rd September 2022 with great enthusiasm at the college auditorium. The festivities began with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony, attended by staff and students in traditional Kerala attire. A beautiful and vibrant Pookalam (floral rangoli) adorned the floor, adding color and spirit to the celebration.

The event featured cultural highlights such as Onappattu (traditional songs), Thiruvathira, and the much-awaited Onasadhya, fostering a sense of togetherness and festive joy among the college community.

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

 





On the occasion of Independence Day, Jaybees Training College of B.Ed, Kuttoor, celebrated the 75th year of India's freedom with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit on 15th August 2022. The celebration began with the hoisting of the national flag in the college courtyard, followed by the national anthem sung in unison by students and faculty. The program continued indoors, where students, performed group songs that reflected the essence of patriotism and unity. The entire event showcased the spirit of national pride and the active participation of both students and teachers in commemorating this important day in the nation’s history.

HIROSHIMA NAGASAKI DAY

 






The Department of Physical Science at Jaybees Training College of B.Ed., Kuttoor, organized a meaningful observance of Hiroshima and Nagasaki Day on August 6, 2022, at the college auditorium. The event aimed to remember the tragic atomic bombings and to promote a strong message of peace.

Students took part in a candlelight ceremony, silently paying tribute to the lives lost and reflecting on the devastating impact of nuclear warfare. Alongside the tribute, students engaged in poster-making activities, expressing powerful anti-war messages.

The program not only served as a memorial but also inspired a sense of responsibility among the participants to stand for peace and oppose violence in all forms. The message “Let us remember and work together for a peaceful future” echoed through the event, reinforcing the commitment of the college community to fostering a more compassionate world.

The "ROOTS 2022" Theatre Workshop was organized by Jaybees Training College of BEd,Kuttur, on June 29 and 30, 2022. This engaging event aimed to enhance theatrical skills and creativity among participants. The workshop was led by two prominent figures in the field of performing arts—Dr. A. V. Ajayakumar, Secretary of the Kerala Folklore Academy, and renowned theatre artist Sunilkumar Pappinisseri. Their sessions provided valuable insights into the art of theatre, making the workshop a meaningful and enriching experience for all attendees.

WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL DAY CELEBRATION

 




Jaybees Training College of B.Ed, Kuttoor celebrated World Environment Day on Monday, 6th June 2022, as the official day, 5th June, fell on a Sunday. The program aimed to raise awareness about environmental protection and promote sustainable practices among future educators. The celebration began with a gathering of students and faculty, followed by tree planting activities in and around the college campus. Students actively participated by digging, planting, and nurturing saplings, showing their commitment to preserving nature. Faculty members also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of protecting the environment and adopting eco-friendly habits. The event fostered a strong sense of responsibility towards nature and highlighted the role of educators in spreading environmental awareness. It was a meaningful and engaging initiative that reflected the college's commitment to nurturing environmentally conscious individuals.
